The milon Q+ Triceps Extension is an electronically controlled strength-training machine designed for isolated training of the posterior upper arm muscles, with primary focus on the triceps (m. triceps brachii). The equipment automatically adjusts to the user and their body dimensions, supporting correct positioning for controlled triceps extension training. An EMG-optimized training position supports optimal muscle activation, while the training resistance automatically adjusts to the user’s strength. Predetermined movement guidance and live feedback on the equipment display show whether the exercise is being performed correctly, making the Q+ Triceps Extension suitable for beginners and experienced trainees within the digitally connected milon Q+ training system.
