At Wellness First, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness equipment. All products purchased from Wellness First are covered under our standard warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Standard Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and covers the replacement of defective parts or components as determined and approved by our technical service team.

GCC Coverage

This warranty is applicable for products purchased from Wellness First within the GCC countries, including:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Kuwait
  • Qatar
  • Bahrain
  • Oman

Warranty service will be provided within the GCC region, subject to product availability and service accessibility in the respective country.

If a product purchased in one GCC country is relocated to another GCC country, additional service charges, logistics costs, or inspection fees may apply.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Replacement of faulty components confirmed by the Wellness First technical service team
  • Technical assessment and approval prior to replacement

All warranty claims must be verified and approved by our technical support team before parts are supplied or replaced.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear of parts and accessories
  • Incorrect assembly performed by the customer or a third party
  • Improper installation or modification of the equipment
  • Lack of regular maintenance or improper care
  • Use of corrosive chemicals or inappropriate cleaning products
  • Failure to follow the safety instructions and user guidelines, including maximum user weight limits
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or external factors
  • Commercial use of equipment designed for home use
  • Electrical fluctuations, power surges, or environmental conditions

Spare Parts

Spare parts supplied separately are not covered under warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide the purchase invoice, product details, and description of the issue.
  3. Our technical team will assess the claim and confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty.
  4. Approved parts will be supplied or replaced accordingly.

Commercial & Project-Based Orders

For project-based, bulk, or commercial purchases, the terms and conditions outlined in the signed quotation, sales agreement, or service contract will take precedence over the general policies stated on this website.
