At the core of the SC3 is Stages Power direct power measurement, delivering accurate and consistent rider data, together with the self-powered SIC2 EcoSCRN™ console for real-time performance tracking. The SC3 combines road-bike-inspired geometry with commercial durability and advanced rider data. Its CarbonGlyde™ drive featuring a Gates® Carbon Drive™ carbon-fiber belt, high-inertia perimeter-weighted flywheel and 5:1 gear ratio deliver a smooth feeling of inertia, while FitLoc™ and StagesFit™ adjustments allow fast and secure bike setup for riders from approximately 147 to 208 cm. Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity further support connected training and performance tracking.

Accurate Direct Power Measurement

The integrated Stages Power meter uses direct crank-based measurement to deliver reliable, real-time power data with ±1.5% accuracy, bringing the same performance measurement technology used in professional cycling into the indoor studio environment.

SprintShift™

The unique three-stage SprintShift™ lever enables rapid, macro-level resistance changes without continuous dial turning. Riders can instantly increase or decrease resistance during HIIT and interval workouts while retaining precise micro-adjustment control.

SIC2 EcoSCRN™ Console

The self-powered SIC2 EcoSCRN™ console displays real-time and stage-based performance metrics including power, cadence, heart rate, speed, kilojoules, distance, calories and time. Rider-generated energy powers the console without external power or console batteries.

Quick Adjustments with FitLoc™

The FitLoc™ adjustment system provides fast, intuitive and secure handlebar and seat height adjustment. Designed to adjust up to five times faster than standard twist-to-lock systems, it helps facilities set up bikes quickly between riders.

RoadBar™ & StagesFit™ Positioning

Stages’ RoadBar™ handlebar combines road-bike-inspired geometry with simple saddle and handlebar fore/aft adjustments, helping riders achieve a comfortable and performance-focused riding position.

Magnetic Resistance & CarbonGlyde™

The magnetic resistance system works with the CarbonGlyde™ drive featuring a Gates® Carbon Drive™ carbon-fiber belt, 5:1 gear ratio and perimeter-weighted flywheel to deliver smooth resistance and a realistic feeling of outdoor cycling inertia.
