Return and Refund Policy

At Wellness First, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

This policy applies to all purchases made through Wellness First and delivered within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is provided.

Wellness First reserves the right to decline a return request if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order or custom-manufactured products
  • Pre-order items
  • Products that have been installed, assembled, or used
  • Products returned without original packaging or with missing components

These items are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, Wellness First will arrange for an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending the product back.

Once your return request is approved:

  1. Our team will provide return instructions.
  2. The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Return shipping arrangements may vary depending on the product type and delivery location within the GCC.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

After the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping & Service Charges

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the following charges may not be refundable:

  • Shipping and delivery fees
  • Installation or assembly services
  • Handling or logistics charges

Return shipping costs may also be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances of the return.

GCC Returns

For orders delivered within the GCC region, return logistics may vary depending on the destination country and product size.

Our support team will coordinate the most suitable return method, which may include:

  • Courier pickup
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Local logistics coordination where applicable

Additional logistics charges may apply for international returns within the GCC.

Commercial & Project-Based Orders

For project-based, bulk, or commercial orders, the terms and conditions stated in the signed quotation, sales agreement, or service contract shall prevail over the general policies published on this website.
