Product Description

The milon Q+ Butterfly is an electronically controlled butterfly machine designed to effectively train the entire chest musculature, particularly the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor. Its optimized training position supports increased muscle activation, while electronic resistance automatically adjusts to the user’s strength. Predetermined movement guidance, automatic equipment adjustment and live display feedback support controlled chest training, while individualized training options make the equipment suitable for beginners and experienced trainees.

Product Information

The trainee sits upright with the back supported and both feet firmly on the floor. The arms begin maximally behind the body with the elbows slightly bent, while blue markings on the handles identify the correct exercise starting position. The arms are then brought slowly and in a controlled manner together in front of the body until the hands almost meet at chest height. The Q+ Butterfly also integrates RFID login, milonizer, milon YOU and software-based training control within the Q+ system.

Login via RFID wristband, with training control and evaluation via the associated software. Software updates are automatically and regularly installed, and remote maintenance is possible through milon Service.
