Product Overview

The CoreAlign® is an innovative functional movement training system developed by physical therapist Jonathan Hoffman to improve posture, balance, gait, strength, flexibility, and overall movement efficiency. Combining principles of rehabilitation, Pilates, athletic conditioning, and functional fitness, the CoreAlign trains the body in an upright position, where movement occurs in everyday life. Its unique design features two independent moving carts with adjustable resistance, challenging users to stabilize, coordinate, and control movement while standing, kneeling, lunging, planking, and stretching. The CoreAlign is widely used in rehabilitation clinics, Pilates studios, fitness facilities, and sports-performance environments worldwide.
