The Balanced Body® Spring Collars are a small but highly practical Pilates accessory designed to simplify the process of attaching and removing reformer springs.

They slide onto the spring neck, creating an easy-grip handle, so users don’t have to directly hold or struggle with the metal spring—improving both efficiency and safety during workouts.

Included as standard on some reformers (like Allegro® 2), they can also be added to any Balanced Body Reformer spring, making them a simple upgrade for any setup.
