Open Stride™

Open Stride™ is a unique feature that allows exercisers to dynamically adjust both stride length and stride height for a fully personalized workout. Stride length ranges from 0 to 36 inches (0 to 91 cm), while stride height adjusts from 6.8 to 10 inches (17 to 25 cm), creating an infinite variety of movement patterns to engage multiple muscle groups. Adjustments can be easily made from levels 1 to 5 using intuitive tactile motion controls.
