Product Description

The milon Q+ Leg Curl is a high-quality, electronically controlled seated leg curl machine designed for targeted training of the hamstrings and posterior thigh muscles. Unlike lying leg curl machines where momentum and assistance from the calf muscles can influence the movement, the seated Q+ Leg Curl isolates the hamstrings and keeps the body stable so the movement comes from the legs. Its optimized training position supports greater muscle activation, while electronic resistance automatically adjusts to the user’s strength. Guided movement, live feedback and automatic equipment adjustment support simple, safe and individualized strength training for beginners as well as experienced trainees.

Product Information

The Q+ Leg Curl primarily trains the hamstring muscles, including the biceps femoris, semitendinosus and semimembranosus. Well-trained hamstrings help stabilize the knee and support healthy posture. During the exercise, the user sits upright with the thigh hold-down in position and bends the upper and lower leg slowly and in a controlled manner until the angle is slightly more than 90 degrees. The seated training position, EMG-optimized setup and automatically adjusted resistance enable focused hamstring training without relying on momentum.
