milon Q+ Chest Press

The milon Q+ Chest Press is an electronically controlled chest-training machine designed primarily for strengthening the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor. The guided pressing movement provides an alternative to technically demanding free-weight bench pressing, while an optimized training position supports increased muscle activation. Electronic resistance automatically adapts to the user’s strength, and automatic positioning together with live display feedback supports controlled exercise execution for beginners and experienced trainees.

The user begins seated upright with both feet on the floor and the hands gripping the bar, then brings the arms slowly and under control toward an almost extended position while the shoulders remain in contact with the backrest. The chest muscles are involved in bringing the arms toward the body, rotating them and moving them forward, while also contributing to shoulder and trunk stabilization.
