Product Description

The milon Q+ Adductor is an electronically controlled adductor machine designed for targeted training of the inner thigh musculature and complete thigh adductor group. Its EMG-optimized training position supports optimal muscle activation, while training resistance is automatically adjusted to the user’s strength at the beginning of the exercise. Predetermined movement guidance, automatic equipment adjustment and live feedback on the display support controlled and individualized adductor training.

Product Information

The trainee sits with the glutes and back firmly against the pad, feet positioned on the footrests and the legs maximally spread. The legs are then brought together slowly and in a controlled manner until fully closed, while the back remains in contact with the backrest. The exercise targets the thigh adductor group, including m. adductor longus, m. adductor brevis, m. adductor magnus, m. adductor minimus, m. pectineus and m. gracilis.
