milon Q+ Rotator

The milon Q+ Rotator is an electronically controlled core-training machine designed for targeted training of the transverse trunk musculature and lateral abdominal muscles. The equipment supports improved exercise execution and controlled loading of the target musculature, while training resistance automatically adjusts to the user’s strength. Predetermined movement guidance, automatic equipment adjustment and live display feedback support controlled rotational trunk training within the milon Q+ system.

Color: Black/Black

The trainee sits upright with the back against the pad, feet positioned on the footrests, hands around the handles and shoulder pads in position. During the exercise, the legs are moved slowly and in a controlled manner toward one side of the body as far as possible, while the shoulders remain straight and stable against the pad and the gaze remains forward. The Q+ Rotator targets the m. transversus abdominis, m. obliquus externus abdominis and m. obliquus internus abdominis.

Rotational Core & Abdominal Training

Targets the transverse trunk musculature (m. transversus abdominis) and lateral abdominal muscles (m. obliquus externus abdominis and m. obliquus internus abdominis).

EMG-Optimized Training Position

EMG-optimized training position for optimal muscle activation.

Automatic Training Resistance

Thanks to the electronic resistance, users always train with the optimal training weight for their individual goal.

Automatic Equipment Adjustment

The smart high-tech equipment recognizes the user and automatically adjusts seats and levers to the correct height.

Live Training Feedback

The trainee’s movements are predetermined. Live feedback on the equipment display shows whether the execution is correct, while all key information about the member is available at a glance on the display.

Multiple Training Types

The milon Q+ training system supports Normal, Eccentric, Adaptive and Isokinetic training types.

milonizer & milon YOU Compatible

milonizer compatible with seat positions and ROM preset, and milon YOU compatible with Self-Onboarding, Muscle & Mobility Age, Sarcopenia Status and ROM preset.

Training Control & Evaluation

Login via RFID wristband, with training control and evaluation via the associated software. Software updates are automatically and regularly installed, and remote maintenance is possible through milon Service.
