Product Information
The SC2 brings together road-bike-inspired geometry and commercial durability for rhythm and performance-focused indoor cycling. Its CarbonGlyde™ drive featuring a Gates® Carbon Drive™ carbon-fiber belt, perimeter-weighted flywheel and magnetic resistance system provide a smooth, quiet ride, while the StagesFit™ adjustment system accommodates riders from approximately 147 to 208 cm. Key Features
Designed for the Boutique Experience
Preferred by leading boutique studios worldwide, the SC2 features rhythm handlebars and a contemporary commercial design that delivers an engaging ride experience and supports the demands of instructor-led indoor cycling classes.
SprintShift™
The unique three-stage SprintShift™ lever enables rapid, macro-level resistance changes without continuous dial turning. Riders can quickly increase or decrease resistance during HIIT and interval workouts while retaining precise micro-adjustment.
Ergonomic Design for Every Ride
Road-bike-inspired handlebar geometry provides a natural, performance-driven riding position while comfortably accommodating the different hand positions used during rhythm and choreography-based cycling.
StagesFit™ Adjustment System
Simple saddle and handlebar fore/aft adjustments allow riders to quickly fine-tune their setup for a safe, comfortable and personalized riding position.
Magnetic Resistance & CarbonGlyde™
The magnetic resistance system works with the CarbonGlyde™ drive featuring a Gates® Carbon Drive™ carbon-fiber belt, 5:1 gear ratio and perimeter-weighted flywheel to deliver a smooth, quiet ride with a natural feeling of inertia.
Low Maintenance, High Reliability
With no chain lubrication or traditional resistance pads required, the SC2 helps reduce routine maintenance and replacement requirements while increasing equipment uptime in commercial fitness facilities.
Add the Power of Data
An optional Stages Power meter directly measures rider power and broadcasts power and cadence through Bluetooth and ANT+ to compatible devices, supporting accurate workout recording and performance tracking.
Optional SIC1 Console
The SC2 can be equipped with the optional Stages SIC1 Console, displaying key ride metrics including power, cadence, speed, heart rate, distance and calories for measurable individual and group cycling experiences.
