Contrology® Neck Stretcher

Product Overview

The Contrology® Neck Stretcher is a specialized classical Pilates accessory designed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen and elongate the muscles of the neck, upper back, and spine.

Primarily used with the Contrology Cadillac (Trapeze Table), it consists of a high-resistance spring attached to a head strap, creating controlled resistance that challenges posture, alignment, and deep stabilizing muscles.

Despite its simple design, it is one of the most advanced tools in the Contrology system—requiring precision, control, and proper supervision due to its intensity.
